About Us
About Us
Clancool is a family run business serving the north east since 1995, with a combined experience of over 60 years of refrigeration and air conditioning. We also operate a hire division.
First Time, First Fix
Our approach to our work is simple: if it’s a repair then it’s a first time first fix service. If it’s a new installation or delivery, then it’s got to be first class every time.
Latest Technology, Lower Running Costs
Using the latest technology and energy saving equipment has become essential to us and our customers, to ensure the best running costs and an increased life cycle of equipment.
We test all our new products on ourselves, not our customers, so we can guarantee if we fit it, it works.
We have the largest stock of chillers, freezers and cabinets in the north east.
Stock for Immediate Delivery
We supply anything from commercial refrigeration to hotels, restaurants, bars and catering outlets. We have the largest stock of chillers, freezers and cabinets in the north east, in stock for delivery immediately and not just dropped on the pavement.
We can also provide large custom built cold stores or heat pump air conditioning for the home, office or industry.
Custom Build, Design to Commissioning
Our custom build side of the business means we can offer a bespoke, tailor made solution to your requirements, working with the latest designs and at the forefront of new technologies while adhering to the latest legislation and guidelines for our industry.
From design, planning and fabrication to final commissioning, we do it all.
